We specialise in mobile outboard engine servicing, repairs and diagnostics. Everything starts with a conversation, so wether you are looking for your annual service, or are having issues that need diagnosing and repairing, we have you covered. Just get in contact by phone or email and we can start a conversation today.
If you are having problems with your engine, the last thing you want is to miss out on days on the water. If you have an issue with your engine, from not being able to start it, to not running as it should, get in contact with us and we can advise the best course of action.
We follow a 3-step process for getting your engine back on the water:
Step 1 - A conversation. It is important for us to talk to you and find out exactly what issues you are having. We will advise you on some easy fixes that you can check yourself, such as checking fuel lines going from an external tank to the engine, before going further to avoid unnecessary costs. If there isn't an easy solution that you can solve yourself, we will then move onto the next stage.
Step 2 - Diagnostics. We will organise a date and time to come to you, or for you to drop your engine off to our workshop, where we can have a look at your engine and find out what is wrong with it. Once we have investigated any issues and found a solution, we will then quote for repairs. If the solution is something that doesn't require parts, or we have the right part on the shelf, we will rectify the issue for you at the time. If we need to order in parts we will provide you with an estimate for parts and labour, and agree a time to come back and complete the job.
Step 3 - Repairs. When it comes to your booking to complete work, we will take our time to make sure that we have done thr work required and run the engine up to test that there are no other issues. We will also do a visual check of the engine, and advise you of any issues that may arise in the future. Once the work is completed, we can supply you with a job report which will outline what work has been completed, and any future recommendations. This is good to keep for records of what repairs have been completed.
Servicing:
It is recommended by most manufacturers to have your outboard serviced every year, or every 100 hours, whichever comes first, however we recommend that you check your owners manual to make sure that your engine is serviced at the correct intervals.
What is included in a service?

The above are included in a service as standard, if you would like any additional work completed let us know when you book and we can make that happen. It is important to check your owners manual and make sure that your engine is not due for additional work like drive belts being changed, as these will need to be ordered in addition to the service kit, and more time allocated to your booking.
